OK, let's get started. You MUST complete this section to start the registration process for the Gathering. It is also required if you plan to make a request from the FFF.

Everyone staying must register for the entire event. There are no day users or visitors.

  • You can pay in full or pay a deposit of $195. The balance, minus any applicable Faerie Fee Funds, will be due on 24 July 2024. The deposit option shows when you click the button above.

NOTE: You will also be charged $20.60 credit card fees when you pay the full registration fee, a total of $515.60. The credit card fee for the $195 deposit is $8.90, for a total of $203.90.

You can complete the pre-registration process if you pay the deposit. If you cannot afford the $195 deposit, please contact the Queen Registrars at [email protected].

Faerie Fee Fund

Complete the section below if you are making a request for Faerie Fee Fund support. Please say a little about why you would like help getting to the Gathering. Don't forget to add the amount that you are requesting (up to $300). Awards are made case by case. The limit of any award is $300. Also, complete the registration form. You'll need to pay the $195 deposit. That will be applied to your registration. It is refundable if you are unable to attend and cancel in time.

  • If you are able to comfortably meet all of your basic needs, and have access to financial savings, health care and have disposable income (able to buy coffee at a shop, go to movies, buy new clothes or similar items each month) please consider donating to the Faerie Fee Fund to support your community and improve access to the gathering for all. There's a spot to add your donation at the bottom of the form.
  • If you have some financial stress, but are still able to achieve your basic needs, are employed or have regular income, have access to some financial savings, have a car, and have some disposable income (are able to buy some new items, go on vacations, etc.), please consider requesting less than the maximum $300 from Faerie Fee Funds.
  • If you are stressed in meeting basic financial needs and don’t always achieve them, have no access to savings, are unemployed or underemployed, or have no or very limited disposable income (rarely buy new items because you are unable to afford them), then Faerie Fee Funds are for you.

View the map of the Breitenbush grounds to see where all these lodging choices are: https://breitenbush.com/grounds-map.

There are limited options for single accommodations, unless you bring your own personal vehicle. Everyone else should expect to have a roommate, and many a bedmate. Most accommodations have a 2-person minimum and a 3-person maximum.

Rank your preference for accommodation - 1 is your first, 2 is your second, and 3 is your third. If you only want one type of accommodation, list that choice each time. Your QR Court will do their best to accommodate you.

Sharing Accommodations

You may choose your bedmate and/or roommate. You may also identify who, if anyone, will share your personal vehicle.

Queen beds will be reserved for pairs of folks, while full- and twin-sized beds will be singles.

The QR prefers not to decide who shares beds, but will do so if you don't know anyone else coming to the Gathering. Check the bed mate / cabin mate box below to be assigned a mate.

I prefer the QR to match me with a bed mate and/or cabin mate.

For the purpose of making matches, please answer the following questions:

  • Includes 1 top sheet, 2 pillows, 2 blankets, and 2 towels

  • Includes 1 top sheet, 2 pillows, 2 blankets, and 4 towels

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

SNACKS

We are advised by the Breitenbush staff not to bring food into your lodging. You may have an unwelcome visitor (large or small). Store any snacks or other food in a cooler/locked box, and/or leave it in your car. The QR Court will have snacks on hand and keep them safely stored away for everyone to enjoy.

HEALTHY FAE STATEMENT

If you are unfortunately feeling ill before the Gathering, enough that it would hinder your enjoyment of the Gathering and be a probable contagious entity, please let the QR know ASAP and we will refund your payments as you don't want to be known as the one that got everyone sick. If you are at all feeling sick while at the Gathering, you are highly encouraged to pack up and go home. If you are too ill to travel, we will help support you in your isolation as best we can.

BREITENBUSH GATHERING DIRECTORY

Everyone at the Gathering receives a printed copy of the Breitenbush Gathering Directory. It's a nice thing to take home. It'll help you connect the faeries you met at the Gathering with their names and faces. You may opt out completely from being in the Directory. You can choose what information about you to include in the directory. There is no need to re-enter your information.

Name your picture file "NAME_Directory_Pic" (e.g., Strange_TFYK_Directory_Pic) and upload a jpeg of it in the area identified below. If you have a problem with the upload, send it to [email protected]. NOTE: Directory photos are cropped square. Be sure your face is prominent.

Don't forget to share a sexy camp memory!

  • I will upload my photo in a jpg format below.
